Affiliate Manager (persian language)

Responsibilities:

• Structuring current processes in the affiliate direction.
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract new partners.
• Interaction with partners at all stages of cooperation.
• KPI performance control and campaign effectiveness analysis.
• Building a team (if necessary).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate or digital marketing with a focus on results-based campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize.
• Results-oriented approach, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
• Creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to embrace change.
• Knowledge of processes and strategies for attracting clients.
• Experience in creating and managing teams.

• Knowledge languages: Persian and Russian - fluent,
  Preferable: English - intermediate level.
