  • Responsibility:

  • Lead the commissioning and startup of all analyser systems, with an emphasis on Yokogawa analysers, including gas chromatographs, moisture analyzers, and oxygen analyzers.
  • Develop and execute detailed commissioning plans and procedures for Yokogawa analyser systems.
  • Ensure all analyser systems are installed correctly, meet design specifications, and are calibrated to operational standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including construction, engineering, and operations, to coordinate the commissioning activities.
  • Conduct functional testing and performance validation of analyser systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Document and resolve any issues encountered during commissioning, ensuring that all Yokogawa analysers are fully operational and reliable before the plant starts up.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to operations and maintenance personnel on the use and maintenance of Yokogawa analysers.
  • Liaise with Yokogawa representatives and other vendors to ensure timely delivery, installation, and support of analyser equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during the commissioning phase.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the commissioning process, including any modifications, issues resolved, and final system status.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on commissioning within an LNG plant or a related industry.
  • Strong expertise in the commissioning and operation of Yokogawa analyser systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning phase.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to analyser systems and LNG plant commissioning.
