IT Specialist

Обязанности:

• Office IT infrastructure

• Windows Servers (physical and Virtual based on VMware) and workstations hard/software maintenance (about 80)
• Network Equipment common configuration and maintenance (Cisco switches Layer 2 and Layer 3, Cisco Access Points)
• Office equipment maintenance (printers, scanners, PBX)
• Analyze and resolve incidents and breakdowns occurring during the operation of information systems
• Register users and grant them necessary rights
• Create access restrictions based on rights, time or other type of usage
• Make backup and restoration of data
• ERP system support 1st line support
• Insure safety and security standards in IT environment
• Provide users support and helpdesk

• Production IT infrastructure

• Configure and support of production information systems (Lear internal systems)
• Production workstations hard/software maintenance (about 100)
• Iimmediate solution to all sorts of production problems (freezes/stops working equipment that requires a restart, problems connected with new components replacement, equipment replacement and many others)
• Insure IT production equipment (thin clients, production label printers, data terminals, mobile printers, ethernet controllers) operate without interruptions and take necessary measures to resolve incidental stoppages
• Make necessary maintenance works for the IT equipment
• Connect, make changes and testing of existing and new IT equipment
• Organize repairing works with third party companies if it is necessary
• Provide control and check of installation for third party companies of IT equipment
  Требования:
• Microsoft Office products deep knowledge
• SQL maintenance experience, SQL query
• Windows servers OS administrative skills
• Experience with VMware products
• High Education
• English - spoken level
• Ability to work on 3 shifts
