System Administrator / IT-Administrator (to China, Hebei Province, Tangshan City)

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Microsoft Active Directory - creating, modifying, deleting working accounts and groups;
• Administration of Microsoft Exchange - creating, deleting, uploading mailboxes; solving problems with accounts and e-mail;
• Administration of File Service – creating resources, assigning quotas and user access, solving problems with access;
• Administration of environment virtualization of servers VMware vSphere;
• Administration of environment virtualization of desktops (VDI) VMware Horizon;
• Automation of administration tasks using Powershell scripts;
• Technical support for users, including in English;
• Ensuring availability of user workstations - PCs, laptops, zero clients;
• Ensuring operability of IP-telephony and Cisco Unified Communications (Cisco UC) VCS

Requirements:

• Work experience as a system administrator of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange, VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon;
• Work experience with a fleet of over than 100 PCs;
• Knowledge of operational and client systems Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 as an administrator;
• Knowledge of Microsoft AD, GPO, WSUS, DHCP, KMS. Understanding of how a distributed AD structure works with a large number of sites. Understanding of AD group policies;
• Experience in configuring and installing various software on client machines, including using Microsoft SCCM and VMware App Volumes;
• Understanding of how certificate-based encryption works. Experience supporting encryption of email messages on various devices;
• Experience in writing PowerShell scripts to perform AD and Exchange administration tasks;
• Understanding of the principles of remote access technologies - Cisco Anyconnect, RDP, Citrix;
• Experience supporting file servers using DFS and Microsoft Clustering;
• Experience monitoring Windows performance in a VmWare environment, identifying performance issues and troubleshooting them;
• Strong knowledge of MacOS, iOS, Android OS (understanding of ecosystems);
• Knowledge of the principles of IP networks (localization and elimination of problems at the client or further escalation)
• Knowledge of IP-telephony and VCS working principles;
• Experience in installing and connecting peripheral and network equipment, printers, MFPs, scanners, etc. Identification of problems at the node level;
• Fluent English
