Business Development Manager

Job description:

  1. Assist to Head BD to developing a business development strategy focused on regular company growth;
  2. Ongoing assistance to Head BD in determining necessary direction, categories of goods, models, brands and services;
  3. Constant holding of analyses market trends, competitors, tracking and review new products and new directions at market, comparing new products with competitors in market;
  4. Preparing regular marketing market reviews, reports and weekly news updating information;
  5. Support to definition, development and communication with exist and attracting of prospect new KA and channels, researching to find new opportunities for company regular growth;
  6. Contacting, arrange meetings, schedule visits/meetings, video and phone meetings, presentations with leads & new contacts, regular summary and action plan preparation and reporting;
  7. Regular promote company’s products/brands/services, creation of ppt and information about company and services, deliver presentations to leads & new contacts;
  8. Review and recommended tools for marketing, sales and other related depts for success growing of company, collaborate with all related depts to properly utilize sales tools and processes to improve company growth success;
  9. Keep up to date with the industry, attending or participate in continuous industry events, support planning, overseeing new marketing initiatives;
  10. Support to develop strong, ongoing relationships with leads (by BD manager), Most value customers (support to BD head), and colleagues;
  11. communicate with customer and lead’s pain points to appropriate departments & contribute to finding suitable solutions;
  12. Support to Head BD to coordinate with other team members and departments development and schedule of launch of new products, brand portfolio, new directions and Services in order to optimize sales effort, Providing comprehensive assistance, support and integration between all departments (local and in HQ);
  13. Regularly meet with other team members and relevant departments to discuss, plan and improve processes and sales success (assist to Head BD);
  14. Collaborate with all company team members regarding the development of new business and customers (assist to Head BD)
  15. Regular review and achieve KPIs as discussed and set with Head of BD;
  16. Report and support to local Head of BD and to HQ;

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Master or Bachelor’s degree);
  • Experience in sales, or marketing, or business development;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task, “Can do” attitude;
  • Proactive and handle uncertainty;
  • Proficient computer user for various tasks (proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);
  • Time management and planning skills;
  • Fluent English
