Our client is the leader of the global economy in the production of electronics.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up, monitor, supervise the consumer cases of HQ Rep. Office in Russia, enforcement proceedings, general types of legal cases/disputes, directly report the legal case progress to CIS RHQ Legal & Compliance team members;
  • Support and assist CIS RHQ Legal & Compliance team members in handling of various issues/requests/inquiries, including the issues with subsidiaries (in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia and other CIS countries), contract review, registration, control of deadlines, etc.;
  • Handling and respond on the requests/inquiries of CIS RHQ Legal & Compliance team members (on legal and personal data/privacy matters;
  • Review, analyze and draft purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents;
  • Stay current with RU and CIS legislation and trends, especially consumer related;
  • Report to CIS RHQ L&C members.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in legal field (civil/civil procedure law);
  • English language proficiency (upper-intermediate);
  • More than 3-years work experience in the legal field (both in-house and law firm experiences more preferable);
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Experienced in consumer legislation, civil/commercial disputes in the trade of goods/services in the retail/wholesale market, and at least middle level of understanding in the following legal sectors: labor laws, insurance laws, criminal laws and criminal procedural laws.
  • Extremely familiar with Microsoft office, excel word and more, must be able to multi task.

  • Registration according to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, white wages;

  • Work schedule: 5/2, flexible start and end of the working day, the employee chooses the start of working hours from 7 to 10 am (office work format). Opening hours can be changed no more than once a month;
