Responsibilities:

• Responsible for application development, maintenance and operations in the IT DevOps team of BMW national sales company.
• Ensure functional maintenance support and application operations according to the business requirements.
• Developing BI Reports, data pipelines and applications functional enhancements according to the requirements from the business functions.
• Coordination and cooperation with local and central business and IT departments regarding requirements and integration of functional enhancements for BMW’s MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Closely collaborate with central and regional IT departments to ensure delivery of project and maintenance tasks in time and quality.
• Act as knowledge owner for business logic implemented in MS Dynamics and data analytics to support local projects in the area of CRM business analytics and data analytics.
• Interact with local business teams and IT as well as with local IT providers to ensure delivery of projects and maintenance tasks in time and quality.
• Ensure adherence to BMW Group’s software development guidelines and software design and documentation standards in an Agile software development environment.

Requirements:

•work experience as analyst.
• Good knowledge of CRM processes.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Basic python skills preferable.
• Experience to collaborate with other internal and external teams involved in application development projects, application maintenance and operations.
• Basic knowledge of Agile software development processes and practice with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence.
• Basic Knowledge about ITIL IT Service Management processes like Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Good communication skills.
• Good English language skills.
