Patient Monitoring and Life Support
Responsibilities:
Service Operation
- Following service strategy. Support sales department in service issues
- Cooperation with sales, marketing and other departments
- Daily work in CRM systems
Service Delivery
- Define Service Level Agreement (SLA) of regular service delivery base on customer segmentations and customer expectations.
- Develop and following pro-active service delivery model, including service weeks, service scanning, etc.
Service Channel Management
- Process for PMLS service channel management.
- Technical support distributor engineers and end customers
- Service training for distributor engineers
Requirements
Knowledge and Education Requirements
- Electronic biomedical or relevant professional category
- Over 5 years of working experiences in service in medical equipment industry with Solid understanding about medical equipment industry.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience with PMLS equipment
- No less than 2 years experience in field for installation and repairing work

- Well-organized and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Good information collecting and analysis capabilities
- Adaptable to cross- culture environment
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Project management skill
- Teaching and knowledge delivery skills
