Logistics specialist (Track & Trace support)

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for somebody with necessary technical and communicational skills to support and execute Track & Trace activities:

• Create various reports on key logistics events in Track & Trace system (aggregation, importation, sampling, release, etc.)
• Control timeliness and correctness of reporting to State system MDLP
• Collaborate with product supply, warehouse and quality teams
• Proactively communicate with IT integrators, 3PL operator, production sites to solve issues with reporting data
• Proper master data management
• Deviation management (entering serialization and reporting deviations into the global system)
• Development of working instructions

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Good university degree in Supply chain, Mathematics, Informatics, Computer Science
• Experience:
  • 1-3 years of work experience as in a logistics/IT related field
  • Strong skills in excel
  • Experience in XML
