Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an organized and proactive Call Center Specialist to support our clients and provide them the most relevant information.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outgoing calls to a database of potential clients;
  • Receiving incoming calls from potential clients;
  • Correspondence with clients in corporate messenger
  • chats and via email;
  • Consulting and questioning a potential client on
  • basic needs (budget, period of planned purchase, number of rooms, region of purchase, type of housing and other parameters established by the call center regulations);
  • Entering the identified parameters into the client's card in the CRM;
  • Transfer of target clients to the sales department for the purpose of further escalation of the client's request and sales and service sales;
  • Work in accordance with the call center operating regulations;
  • Reporting on the work done;

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Work background as a Call Center Operator.
