Обязанности:
- In charge of mass market & distributor management, manage & drive the joint business plans and KPI’s with our strategic distributors to increase revenue and market share;
- Drive and cooperate with distribution to implement mass market strategy and achieve design ins/design wins;
- Coach and develop the distributor business resources to be more self-sufficient; Establish and maintain accounts and distribution relationships, manage account/channel forecast/order intake/inventory;
- Identify new opportunities and emerging applications, work together with marketing and technical team to drive demand creation in key focus application area; Collaborate with BU, and regional management on account/channel development plan and strategy.
- Local team building to support business expansion,and continuously empower your team.
Требования:
- More than 3 years’ sales experiences as channel/distribution sales manager ;Valid local work visa and language proficiency, Chinese language is plus;
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.
- Team management or as a team leader experience is a plus.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a multi-disciplinary team as well as to independently drive different customer / client engagement;
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel and other data analytics tools; Can do attitude with hands on approach is a must;
- Passion and innovative mindset, agile and open mind to challenges and fast changing market, entrepreneurship is a plus.
