Lawyer

Due to business growth and expansion, the firm is creating a new vacancy for an experienced Lawyer directly reporting to the Head of the Legal Department. This role offers a rare opportunity to work in a highly intelligent, charged team that is today a leader in the M&A services market, in a beautiful modern office and at the same time maintain the work life balance. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be able to work from home a couple of days a week. This role will be entirely focused on the company's operations.

Responsibilities:

· Review and approval of contracts, control of the exchange of signed documents, control of the execution and exchange of closing documents, resolution/preparation of claims and disputes (if any);

· Preparation and updating of LNA in accordance with legal requirements;

· Organization of work with personal data;

· Legal support of the company website, online and offline events;

· Preparation of powers of attorney, interaction with notaries, registration actions;

· Preparation of responses to government requests. authorities, passing KYC of banks and other issues arising in the current activities of the company;

· Maintaining registers of contracts, powers of attorney, policies and keeping folders with documents on the server up to date;

· Research on certain legal issues (judicial practice, analysis, information collection);

· Conducting KYC of contractors: request and verification of provided documents and collection of publicly available information;

· Fire safety and labor protection issues, civil defense and emergency situations (training and training);

· Labor and personnel issues;

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.​​​​​​
