We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Assistant to support our operations team.
Job Overview:
The Backend Assistant will be responsible for supporting various administrative and operational tasks related to short-term rental management. This includes processing bookings, managing property listings, coordinating with team members, and assisting with backend tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with processing and confirming bookings across platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com etc.).
• Update and maintain property listings with accurate descriptions, availability, and pricing.
• Communicate with guests via email or chat to handle inquiries or troubleshoot booking-related problems.
• Generate reports and track key metrics for occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar field (experience in short-term rentals is a plus).
• Proficiency in using property management platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Guesty) or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of cloud-based software (e.g., Google Workspace).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
