CAD Product Manager

Poisson Software Co., Chinese IT company is inviting

a CAD Product Manager

to join our team.

Work in Shanghai (China) for at least 6 months a year. Candidates who are ready to work in China on a permanent basis are preferred.

Professional goals and objectives:

• Define the requirements for CAD system: understanding, analysis, approval and management of technical requirements; translating them from HQ to R&D teams.
• Build communication between the Russian and Chinese teams on the features of CAD development project. Ensure the communication process and conditions under which the Russian and Chinese teams define terms, processes, tasks and agreements in the same way.
• Planing on CAD product features implementation and delivery.

Our requirements:

• High technical education, PhD is preferred.
• Work experience as a product manager in CAD/CAE/BIM area for 2 years or more.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD systems, their connection with CAM, CAE, PLM and BIM products.
• Good command of English - level B2 and above.
• High communication and organizational skills.
• Work experience as techlead/teamlead for 2 years or more is preferred.
• C++ programming experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with geometric kernels.
• Good mathematical background (mathematical analysis, analytic geometry, computational geometry, linear algebra, solvers).
• Proficiency in modern methodologies, tools and methods for programming and debugging complex software systems.
