ETNA, a US based FinTech company, is looking for Support Engineer to join our team.

ETNA has been crafting software for capital markets and financial services industry since 2002. In 2012 we launched our flagship product ETNA Trader - a white label online trading platform for broker-dealers and trading firms.

What you will be doing every single day:

  • Provide cloud platform support (Level 2 and 3) and implementation assistance to our client companies (B2B)
  • Work with incoming support tickets (ZenDesk) and communicate with a client representative in a written form
  • Work closely with R&D and QA team to troubleshoot issues
  • Operations, monitoring and maintenance of production and test environments
  • Participate in new releases roll out
  • Automate deployment and lifecycle monitoring of ETNA Trader

Successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Experience in software support/system administration
  • Knowledge of Windows system administration, SQL and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Ability to learn fast, work under pressure and perform multi-tasking
  • High level of responsibility and attentiveness to details

It will be a plus if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in database usage within development process: MS SQL, MySQL
  • interested or experienced in trading, investment or financial software
