Operations Manager

International company ACCOR - the leader in industry of tourism and hospitality is currently looking for "Novotel St.Petersburg Centre" Operations Manager.

Duties:

• Assists the Hotel General Manager in implementing the brand and hotel strategy, in order to meet targets for quality of service, attitude and profitability for the Room and Food&Beverage departments.
• Has managerial responsibility for position in his or her remit; ensures the team's talents are developed.
• Is responsible for providing and renewal in the hotel's service offer, with particular focus on meetings and events.
• Replaces the Hotel General Manager when absent
• Associates with owners' representatives on daily basis
• First contact person and person in charge for governmental institutions like Rospotrebnadzor / Roskomnadzor etc., preparing and guiding for audits.

Personality and skills:

• Ensure all staff embody the same mindset by developing each individual's sense of curiosity, open-mindedness, interpersonal skills and sense of initiative.
• Higher education (degree in hospitality/experience in operational departments of hotels is an advantage) or experience in a multicultural environment is essential.
• HOD experience for at least 3-5 years.
• Leadership.
• Ability to work in project mode.
• Analytical skills and ability to look at the whole picture.
• Fluent in English, native Russia
