Retail Manager

Italian contemporary brand TRUSSARDI with over century-long history is looking for Retail Manager.

Daily Retail stores operations management maximizing profitability:

• Driving Retail performance of up to 10 stores, including Outlets - overall sales targets and KPI objectives achievement, P&L profitability, team productivity, etc.;
• Leading talent management - coaching and motivation, teams formation and management, teams and HiPo development, etc.;
• Ensuring execution of superior Retail experience by implementing best customer service practices and CRM initiatives;
• Coordinating merchandising flow and allocations due to guidelines and performance;
• Supervising stores operations, leading cross-functional cooperation with Brand departments - merchandising, facility & maintenance, VM, HR, IT, accounting, inventories, etc.;
• Ensuring Brand compliance and guidelines execution.
