Обязанности:
- Search, visit and implement new Customers.
- Support / Ownership on Tenders
- Communication and collaboration with local operations colleagues, sales colleagues in other offices within the Region EEUR and in the Hellmann Network
- Keep all Hellmann KPIs and get kept by underlings
- Using and updating CRM Program
- Achieving sales results upon the solicitation targets and strategies
- Create and drive sales plan / strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives
- Monthly Reporting on Development
- Monitor customer implementation
- Develop an entrance strategy for cold calling, qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners
- Customer Relationship Management to retain and grow current client database
- Support of implementations of Global Customers
- Ability to travel, to meet the demands of training, staffing, and customer expectations
- Regular, pro-active analyses of processes / KPI's / systems; Pro-active suggestions for the continuous improvement process
Требования:
- Have at least 5 + years' minimum experience in Sales in the Forwarding industry
- Ability to effectively communicate, maintain relationships and negotiate with customers
- An experienced sales professional with a proven record of acquiring and building new business and overachieving on your KPIs.
- Sound knowledge of all facets of the end-to-end Freight Forwarding services
- Excellent communication skills in Uzbek, Russian & English, written and verbal
- Good market knowledge, ability to analyze, network and interact with the market
