Our client is an international company with an unrivaled reputation for service and a leading provider of IT solutions for hotels, restaurants and cafés (HoReCa) and retail.

We are looking for an experienced Account executive to lead business development across North America. Successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

Job Responsibilities:

· Leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects together with associated activities, all aimed at attracting new customers.

· Provide HRS with thorough research and analysis of the local business competition, with the aim of gaining a competitive edge.

· Involvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategy.

· Acquire customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events, presentations

· Meet sales goals in accordance with the company targets.

· Maintain regular contact with customers and partners of HRS.

· Organize sales and marketing events for customers.

· Represent HRS interests and the HRS Brand when customer facing.

Personal Profile:

· Experience 3 + years in selling IT solutions and services for Retail. Experience with with Oracle Retail Xstore POS, Oracle Retail Order Broker and Oracle Retail Customer Engagement will be an advantage.

· Written and verbal presentation skills

· Previous experience in projects for Retail transformation

· Experience in retail vendors or system integrators;

· Knowledge of retail customers, vendors and solutions;

· Understanding of retail business domain;

· Excellent communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain relationships on C level;

· Solid contact network within US retailers;

· Self-driven, able to work independent;

· Be pro-active and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude;

· Be able to open doors and close deals

· Flexible. Home based with ability to travel.
