A company 100K20 is a provider for promotion and subscription to scientific publications providing specialized and scientific information to scientific and professional communities developed by world leaders (more about the company https://www.100k20.ru/o-nas/kto-my). Currently we’re looking for a highly professional Sales Manager to run successful sales and promotion of company’s electronic products, databases and services.

It is expected that the Sales Manager will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities:

- Sell and promote electronic products, databases and services in STM to academic, corporate and other institutions;

- Sell directly to libraries, consortia and other institutions of interest;

- Design and execute effective sales planning for the region with the objective of growing sustainable new business;

- Grow revenue both from existing accounts through pre-selling & up-selling and by introducing new products to the targets;

- Build and maintain close relationships with direct customers, key accounts and consortia. Identify key opportunities at all levels, including contract negotiations and minor customers’ support at the launch stage;

- Plan and maintain an efficient travel schedule for customer visits through regional roadshows; participation in key tradeshows and conferences in your region.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, background of working in the publishing industry would be a bonus.
  • University degree of a reputable institution.
  • Experience in business communication & correspondence.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Results-driven and proactive.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Language Skills: English – advanced (min B2).
  • MS Office Proficiency.
