Cyberia was founded in 2022 by a team of young and dynamic entrepreneurs, passionate of complex projects and new technologies. The idea behind Cyberia is to give major technological and industrial players the access to the pool of experts they need for short missions or for accompanying their long-term projects on a consultancy basis.
Cyberia Russia primary addresses the local market, while Cyberia International (based in the UAE) covers international projects overseas. During its first months of activity, Cyberia is already dealing with projects in Russia, Europe, UAE, and China, making it already an international solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
Independent search for candidates for open vacancies
Request of actual positions from the Clients
Engagement with the recruitment team
Participation in identifying clients, getting meetings, presenting
services, closing deals with recruitment contracts
Contract elaboration, negotiation and signing
Elaboration of bid documentation for tenders
Requirements:
Positive track record in business development with specific examples
Sincerity, integrity, customer-care, long term over short term priority
Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
Team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests
Initiative and motivated to reach planned & ambitious goals
Master degree or equivalent (technical degree within one sector such as Oil & Gas, Industry, Aeronautics, IT will be a plus)
Good command of English
Negotiation skills
