The Director of Sales & Marketing forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel.

As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead all marketing endeavors and oversee all sales and commercial activities with the support of teams in Sales, Revenue management, Public relations, Catering and Reservations. Your leadership role focuses on all sales, marketing and product development activities to ensure strategies yield maximum revenue for rooms, F&B, Spa and other revenue streams and support brand clarity (DNA) throughout the hotel. You will create and deploy paid marketing campaigns, analyze and update SEO, and maintain current and inviting digital presence on all platforms.

Strong relationship building skills, perfect knowledge of the local and international markets (including GR) will allow for genuine team interactions and engagement. This role must be based on site in Moscow.

Applicants must have experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in Hospitality industry with a record of accomplishment in driving RevPAR and EBITDA performance. You will work closely with the General Manager in communicating the Hotel’s marketing vision, strategies and tactics to the owners for approval and engagement.

You will have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in luxury tier hotel (with similar scope).
