Your Mission as CEO:
- Drive Growth and Innovation. Develop and execute strategic plans to solidify position as a leader in the global fintech market;

Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in executive leadership roles;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance/banking (loans)/payment provider organizations;
- Excellent English and Russian communication skills;
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills;
- Decisive and confident leadership style;
- Deep understanding of business processes and FinTech technologies;
- Passion for innovation and driving positive change.
