About the company: We are a service provider offering fast and reliable access to blockchain nodes for developers, businesses, and projects. With support for over 40 blockchain networks, we simplify the integration process for those building on decentralized technologies, enabling seamless API access to full and archive nodes without the need for manual setup.

What’s important to us:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management or client support, preferably in IT, SaaS, or blockchain industries.

  • Understanding of blockchain technology (experience with blockchain nodes or infrastructure projects is a plus).

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to handle large volumes of information and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and a high level of self-organization.

  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with the company's existing clients: provide consultation, assist with service usage, resolve issues, and handle contract renewals.

  • Handle incoming client requests, help with API integration and account setup.

  • Support clients throughout all stages of collaboration: from registration to resolving technical and organizational matters.

  • Collect and analyze client feedback, suggesting service improvements based on their needs.

  • Identify cross-selling and service upgrade opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and commercial) to address client requests.

  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates on the status of client interactions.

  • Maintain client records in the CRM system.
