L&D Lead

A strong team of a Top 10 bank is looking for a L&D Lead.

The bank's team comes from the largest international financial structures JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, as well as the largest Russian financial companies.

Office work - 100% (Moscow City)

Principal Responsibilities

• manage L& D team;
• provide high quality coordination of leadership, learning, coaching and organisational development projects in Russia;
• suggest and implement recommendations for the continuous improvement of programmes and on-site activities;
• positively maintain external relationships with partners and associates;
• consolidate training needs arising from the performance management process;
• support Leadership, learning, OD and HR based specified projects as and when required;
• update and maintain the appropriate development-based data to provide routine and ad hoc management information as required;
• keep records of training requests and financial agreements; to maintain the Leadership & Organisational Development shared diary;
• demonstrate a sound knowledge of business, its operational structure, objectives and values;
• role model company and leadership values and behaviour and to act with fairness and integrity at all times.

Qualifications / Experience

• More than 10 years in L&D area
• Management experience
• Fluent English and Russian
• Experience of working within a corporate environment with different culture
• Power Point, Excel, SharePoint
• Knowledge of LMS System

Desirable:

• CIPD qualified
• Investment banking experience
