Supply & Inventory Supervisor (Russia and CIS)

Our client is an international company (medical devices)

Job Functions:

• Ensure on-time replenishment of the stock in local WH according to the optimal inventory level considering safety stock, trends, forecast and lead time;
• Regularly analyze stock level, backorders and supply commitments versus business revenue commitments;
• Measure, analyze root cause and drive improvement actions to increase supply chain efficiency and forecast accuracy;
• Compile summaries and provide explanation on significant variation between actuals and forecast, along with key assumptions, alternative scenarios, risks and opportunities, including implications, to drive effective decision making;
• Execute SLOB and SMOG analyzes;
• Prepare DOH and SL reports;
• Draw CAPA plan to optimize stock structure;
• Conduct supporting analysis regarding supply chain performance, customer service, inventory as required;
• Maintain Material Master Data in SAP and in the other databases;
• Serving as a key contact with IT in development of automated data analysis reporting;
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain;
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;
• Experience working with a large number of SKU;
• Proficiency in MS Excel (high level) and SAP;
• English - fluent (not less than Upper-Intermediate);
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated when working with various level individuals from different geographies and functional disciplines;
• Able to work independently and achieve goals with limited direction and oversight.
