Responsibilities:

· Determine Selection Criteria: Develop and establish selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.

· Source Candidates: Utilize internal company databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to source potential candidates.

· Evaluate Applications: Review and screen applications via calls or emails to identify suitable candidates.

· Conduct Interviews: Conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.

· Coordinate Selection Process: Oversee and manage all steps in the selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

· Manage Applicant Tracking Systems: Utilize internal Applicant Tracking Systems to manage and document the hiring process.

· Documentation and Relationship Management: Document recruitment processes and foster positive relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

· Develop Hiring Strategies: Create and implement hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, staying informed of advancements in the field.

Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years (preferably 5 years) of relevant recruitment experience. Experience within the IT sector will be an advantage.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field.

· Knowledge of Hiring Platforms: Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms and tools that attract suitable applicants.

· Screening and Interviewing Skills: Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists, and conduct interviews.

· Brand Awareness and Relationship Building: Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.

· Language Proficiency: Proficient knowledge of English.

· Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, ability to follow up multiple projects within tough time frame
