Primary duties & responsibilities
- Prepare the Material Receiving Report (MRR) to maintain material input into the Project Database and properly document them
- Prepare the Material Issue Report (MIR) to maintain material output into the Project Database and properly document them
- Sends periodically reports such as: Inventory, MIR and MRR to Construction team to ensure visibility of materials.
- Preparing weekly report to subcontractors for the status of material availability and stock inventory.
- Monitor over issued materials to avoid over request and overlapping of materials. Adjust the over issued materials in the system to ensure availability of materials/stock at the job sites.
- Monitor and Process material request for Over, Short & Damage (OSD) materials.
- Monitor and check all out going Material to avoid over request of materials and to avoid discrepancies to maintain an accurate inventory on hand Quantity
- Monitor and update to system all Material Return to ensure its stocks availability.
- Monitor material return by sub-contractors and update to 1C CMR system to ensure the availability of materials inventory in the system.
Requirements
- At least between 1 and 5 years
- Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe, Lotus Notes, 1C CMR
