The product we need the experiensed Business Analyst for:
eTrade on-line platform - the common online platform for effective Russian-Indian trade/economic activities:
- Trade finance solution
- Import and export financing
- Automated processing of export and import applications/documentation
Обязанности
As a Business Analyst, you will work as a part of agile team to analyse the business requirements of our stakeholders and transform those into user stories for the development team/ You will work closely with our UX Team to produce interface designs and refine process flows to serve the needs of the project stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst in the development of the application. This comprises of the whole software development lifecycle from the analysis of new stakeholder requirements, writing the business specification, interacting with developers to derive technical analyses, establishing test cases, performing tests and communicating with users until the final release to production.
Once the project is in production, you will assist incident remediation by means of analysis of the issue and proposal of solutions. You will work with the development team to create solutions and ensure their efficacy.
Требования
- Proven experience in eliciting and managing detailed business requirements.
- Good business knowledge in a relevant functional domain (e.g., Import/Export, Foreign Trade Regulations, Logistics), and how the opportunities, risks, and issues in these domains can be addressed by technology.
- Strong business/banking knowledge.
- Experience in modelling system processes; knowledge of common notational standards is beneficial (e.g., BPMN).
- Experience in analysing business challenges using structured frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing technology-enabled use cases and analysing Business needs.
- Basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security standards, and technology solutioning is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is beneficial.
- Good communication skills with an ability to build rapport with a wide range of different Business and IS stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a cross-functional IS team.
- Excellent communication skills English, written and spoken.
