Payroll accountant

We are currently looking for a Payroll accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Calculating and accruing wages for multiple legal entities in Russia, European, and Asian countries, totaling 150 employees.
• Computing payments, deductions, taxes, and contributions related to wage calculation.
• Participating in the annual payroll audit for both Russian and foreign legal entities. - Communicating with local accountants regarding wage and tax calculation oversight.
• Registering KPI indicators for calculating employee bonuses.
• Organizing document flow mechanisms, archiving rules, and document storage in the accounting domain.
• Following legal requirements in the payroll field.
• Handling primary accounting documentation such as orders and timesheets.
• Recording accounting transactions for wage accounting.
• Overseeing settlements with personnel.
• Collecting and analyzing information upon company management's request.
• Assisting other staff in obtaining wage and related data.

We expect the following from you:

• A higher education degree in economics, accounting, or auditing.
• Understanding the nuances of calculating salaries for employees under different tax systems. Knowledge of wage calculation in various jurisdictions (Europe and Asia) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of tax, accounting, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in 1C, Excel, and electronic reporting tools.
