At the moment we are looking for a PLC commissioning engineer for our client - a well known HVAC vendor.
Duties:

To competently, diligently and safely handle all independently and handle software for the supplied HVAC UCP PLC systems as per site conditions and to support E&I and Mech Engineers to verify the system with client based on Cause & Effect charts and control philosophy (Narrative) during pre and final commissioning.
- Liaise with The Company and Customer representatives (commissioning team) to ensure work planning, technical issues, understanding and progress with all relevant parties.
- Carry out re programming if required and demonstrate the sequence of operation (FAT delivered) as per approved documents and RED LINE markup commissioning and troubleshooting electrical and control systems.
- ICSS/DCS Third party Integration activity (software and testing) to be carried out at site along with Third Party vendors coordination required.
- HMI Graphics verification for all signals and values display and if required modifications to be carried out as per site requirements.
- To Ensure all Alarms, Events are captured and displayed and transmitted if required to Third party for information.
- All Instruments connected to be verified for correct configuration. If any HART communication is envisaged shall be tested with client IAMS system.
- Update the Company Engineering on key issues and seek guidance for resolution.
- Advise on all aspects of compliance, or non-compliance, with design if any arise during commissioning.
- Demonstrate a positive and pro-active commitment to HSE through the personal of safety critical behaviours as per site instructions.
- Filling up time sheets and get wetted by relevant supervisors for the work done and daily reports for the same to justifying it.
Requirements /Qualifications:
- Essential is for relevant experience in Oil and Gas industry software development or commissioning with minimum of 5 years in a similar role with comprehensive hands-on experience.
- University degree in Automation/instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical.
- Evidence of similar project handling associated with skill set.
- Experience working with SIEMENS Simatic S7 - 1500 series controllers (programming).
- SIEMENS TIA Portal software’s for both Code programming debugging existing software developed and HMI graphics modification and addition rectification.
- Knowledge on HVAC (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning) systems. Commissioning programming along with E&I systems.
- Electrical safety. Work at height and in a confined space. Labor Safety.
- English - basic skills. Russian - fluent (is mandatory).
- Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Readiness to start on 20th of November 2024 (1st engineer) and at the beginning of January 2025 (2nd engineer).
Conditions:
- Fixed-term contract for 4-5 months.
- Rotation will be 35/35 days.
- Working Hours: 10 Hours per day.
- Site location - Gydan (Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District).
- Accommodation and meals to be at Site provided by Company.
