Evapolar is a leading brand of microclimate solutions and is a full-cycle consumer electronics manufacturer focused on the international market. Our products are successfully sold all over the world in leading retailers and online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, Media Markt, Harvey Norman etc.

You will be working as an international sales manager and will be the part of the partner sales team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Being proactive and business orientated, motivated and result orientated;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of technical instruments of prospecting and acquisition is mandatory (Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Snov etc);
  • Experience in advanced CRM system is mandatory (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc)
  • Language skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Other languages will be an additional advantage;
  • Experience in international markets will be an advantage;
  • Experience in distribution business, especially consumer electronics, will be an advantage

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Sales project management;
  • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan;
  • Active search for new clients in the international market (market monitoring, direct contacts, cold search);
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-making leaders at targeted clients;
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales;
  • Customer management (negotiating, preparing commercial offers, receiving orders, preparation of contracts, invoices);
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets;
  • Provide monthly rolling forecast, weekly sales report to Head of Sales and activity plan updates;
  • Providing annual sales forecast for customers;
  • Providing leadership to other team members.
