Accountabilities:
- Full responsibility for marketing strategy
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights
- Organize and conduct frequent and timely reviews to ensure that the brand strategies are effectively and consistently implemented and to identify risks to brand performance due to competitors activities
- Identifies product gaps and incremental opportunities for growth and address them in effective cooperation with global team
- Implement new launches, maintain growth
- Manage brand budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy
- Lead and develop marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build IMC & adapt communication materials
- Work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines
- Trade marketing priorities planning and realization & In-store animation
Requirements:
- Marketing skills set
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent working knowledge of office system (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Nielsen knowledge
