Accountabilities:

  • Full responsibility for marketing strategy
  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights
  • Organize and conduct frequent and timely reviews to ensure that the brand strategies are effectively and consistently implemented and to identify risks to brand performance due to competitors activities
  • Identifies product gaps and incremental opportunities for growth and address them in effective cooperation with global team
  • Implement new launches, maintain growth
  • Manage brand budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy
  • Lead and develop marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build IMC & adapt communication materials
  • Work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines
  • Trade marketing priorities planning and realization & In-store animation

Requirements:

  • Marketing skills set
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of office system (PPT, Excel, Word)
  • Nielsen knowledge
  • Communicative, hardworking, ready to work in multitasking environment, high stress resistance, positive thinker, passionate
