Based on the business needs for Business Domains, he/she identifies and analyses the options for improvement or development of SAP FICO& satellite systems and contributes to the maintenance.
Tasks:
- Support the domain “business owners” in the definition of their needs and translate them into recommendations for development/improvement of Sap FICO & satellite systems
- Define the functional specifications for related business processes
- Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on the domain processes
- Prepare requirements for developments, formalize their technical translations and organize the corresponding developments
- Customize/configure/develop enhancements for Sap FICO and integrations with satellite systems , select appropriate technical options, prepare functional tests and endorse responsibility for validating developments before roll-out
- Organize and monitor the test phases of the developments in compliance with the defined test scenario.
- Optimize the developments and performance (from the "service catalog" or on request) and deliver service in accordance with established SLAs taking proactive action to ensure stable and secure application and infrastructures to avoid potential service disruption.
- Provide support on maintenance to the application run teams and propose/validate the appropriate action plans
- Manage ongoing relationships with internal clients giving regular updates on developments and improvements.
- Participate and deploy the change management activities by accompanying key- and power-users and providing trainings.
- Ability to produce documents and templates describing products, services, components or application to establish compliance with relevant documentation requirement; ensure they are valid and up to date and that functions and features are documented in an appropriate way
- Coordinate the (external) development teams
- Participate in projects delivering from initial modelling till hypercare phase

Requirements:
Hard Skills
- General IT background in International Company (preferably FMCG sector) or IT consulting (3+ years)
- 3+ years’ experience with FICO as an IT user (administrator \ analyst \ developer)
- 3+ years’ experience with SAP ERP 6.0 as an IT user
- Understanding of integration methods between SAP and other systems
- 1+ year’ Project management
- English: Upper Intermediate
