Facility supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as Facility Supervisor for Russia and deliver solution as designed with the needs of K-C customers.
• Oversee outsourced partner; measure and evaluate supplier performance using service level agreements and supplier scorecards.
• Manage supplier governance with contractually defined escalation processes; monitor effectiveness.
• Management of administrative services for Stupino Mill, such as: organization of the canteen, cleaning of external and internal areas, transport, corporate passenger transport, laundry.
• Administration of the EE K-C offices
• Organization and administration of sport activities, corporate events for employees
• Participation in tenders of suppliers of administrative services
• Admin budget control, cost optimization, coordination of document flow
• Maintain effective customer relationship management with business executives and key stakeholders; understand interfaces between suppliers and ensure they are working effectively
• Responsible for the communication of all policies and procedures established by the company related to Facilities Management (use and amenities/ occupancy/ security/life safety/operations).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in Business / Facility / Real Estate Management and/or recognized industry certification.
• Min of 4+ years relevant work experience in Facilities, Workplace or Real Estate operations
• 4+ years experience or more in managing FM services within a FMCG Manufacturing operations environment is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ year experience working with an outsourced Service Provider within an industrial environment is a must; experience working with contracts is a plus.
• English language upper intermediate and above (both spoken and written)
• Activity, sociability, focus on results, stress resistance, readiness to work in an intensive mode and multitasking, customer focus, analytical skills, creativity.
