Our partner, a large non-food FMCG company, is looking for a Senior Brand Manager reporting to Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and brand positioning development for the iconic brand;
- Preparation & implementation of a yearly marketing plan for brand;
- NPI generation, approval & execution within organization
Obtaining and analysis of all relevant market information concerning the brand (market shares, shares of voice, consumer attitudes, brand awareness/usage, competitors’ activities, etc…); - Proposal, implementation and analysis of all necessary market research activities for group of brands and the related projects, in cooperation with Market research agencies;
- Initiation of relevant consumer/shopper researches to build brand strategies, activity plans and initiatives;
- Preparation of recurring brand performance reports & presentations (including brand financials, market analysis, etc.);
- Close work with Trade marketing, NRM, Sales and Supply chain teams to develop, execute launches and promotion activities;
- Brand budget set up and management;
- Leading of 1 direct report.
Requirements: - Relevant and successful experience (3+ years) in multinational FMCG company as a Senior Brand Manager;
- English - Upper-Intermediate and higher.
