Мы развиваем нашу команду цифрового маркетинга OMODA & JAECOO. Приглашаем вас на вакансию Digital Marketing Specialist (Специалист отдела цифрового маркетинга).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media plans to achieve KPI targets
  • Plan and execute Digital & Offline advertising campaigns (under manager supervision)
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and optimize approaches for further campaign development
  • Development of recommendations for the team and the agency to improve the performance of advertising channels based on the data obtained
  • Coordinate document flow with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution and marketing tools functioning
  • Search for new advertising promotion channels within the set goals
  • Participation in the launch of special brand projects
  • Prepare weekly reports and presentations on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for team and HQ.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of advertising metrics (Digital & Offline) with focus on Digital
  • Ability to create and execute media plans based on business targets and target audience analysis
  • Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns in SEM
  • Experience working with the promotion of a web resource in SEO, knowledge of the basic concepts of organic promotion
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and internal team collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt quickly and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines
  • Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, reporting, budget tracking and document flow
  • English proficiency at least at an Intermediate level
  • 1-2 years of experience in media management & marketing communications, media planning, or related fields (entry-level roles can be considered)
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools to track and report campaign performance
  • Knowledge of call-tracking and email marketing platforms is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Excel functions
  • Understanding of market research methodologies and audience segmentation
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
