Currently, we are on the lookout for a new team member ready to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of technology and contribute to our technical support team.

The position involves working from the company's office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inquiries from our B2B clients and internal customers;

  • Engaging in written communication with clients in English;

  • Collaborating with other departments (developers, QA engineers, and more) to solve complex tasks and enhance our product;

  • Analyzing technical aspects of processes, addressing customer and server-side issues;

  • Maintaining quality standards, ensuring a high level of service;

  • Processing and analyzing data to provide valuable solutions;

  • Participating in optimizing internal processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written English (B2+);

  • A result-oriented and customer-focused mindset, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment;

  • Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities;

  • Previous experience in a similar position

  • Technical background or relevant education
