A "Call Center Manager" is required for a medical clinic that is successfully developing in the UAE.

Обязанности:

  • Operational management of the company's contact center (4 employees);
  • Optimization and configuration of CRM in accordance with the company's objectives;
  • Monitoring of work and setting tasks for contact center operators;
  • Development and implementation of scripts to increase conversion;
  • Recruitment, adaptation and training of personnel;
  • Analytics of all contact center processes in order to increase conversion;
  • Setting up messenger channels for work;
  • Listening to conversations, error analysis;
  • Reporting on all performance indicators;
  • Providing high-quality and efficient service to customers;
  • Increase in LEAD conversion rates (warm traffic);

Требования:

  • Work experience of at least 2 years as the head of a contact center/call center;
  • English language proficiency at least B1 level;
  • Telephony setup skills;
  • Strong knowledge of CRM (setup, optimization, funnels, reporting) Knowledge of sales techniques, including telephone;
  • An experienced Excel user;
  • Analytical mindset, responsibility for the result;
