A "Call Center Manager" is required for a medical clinic that is successfully developing in the UAE.
Обязанности:
- Operational management of the company's contact center (4 employees);
- Optimization and configuration of CRM in accordance with the company's objectives;
- Monitoring of work and setting tasks for contact center operators;
- Development and implementation of scripts to increase conversion;
- Recruitment, adaptation and training of personnel;
- Analytics of all contact center processes in order to increase conversion;
- Setting up messenger channels for work;
- Listening to conversations, error analysis;
- Reporting on all performance indicators;
- Providing high-quality and efficient service to customers;
- Increase in LEAD conversion rates (warm traffic);
Требования:
- Work experience of at least 2 years as the head of a contact center/call center;
- English language proficiency at least B1 level;
- Telephony setup skills;
- Strong knowledge of CRM (setup, optimization, funnels, reporting) Knowledge of sales techniques, including telephone;
- An experienced Excel user;
- Analytical mindset, responsibility for the result;
