Equity Analyst (Trading desk)

Aton is an independent investment company providing a full range of investment banking services. In line with our strategic expansion initiatives, we are looking for an experienced equity analyst.

Key responsibilities:

• The job in itself would entail working as a Desk analyst, liaising with a trading team in generating astute trading ideas across a range of liquid Russian stocks.
• That position would require providing relevant and quick updates regarding trading ideas and every other relevant market information.
• Conducting in-depth research: Analyzing company financials, market trends, and industry developments to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Working closely with the investment team to discuss findings, strategies, and market insights, contributing to collective decision-making processes.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience of Russian equity market. Experience with an a global bank or a renowned Russian equity house would be considered as an advantage, along with Extel and other awards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. CFA or MBA qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data interpretation.
