Requirements:
- Experience in a fine dining service restaurant
- Certification in wine service
- Strong knowledge of wines and related subjects
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of the particular descriptions of every wine/champagne on the wine list
- Monitor the wine list on a regular basis and update as needed
- Provide excellent service in accordance with specified standards
- Assist Restaurant Manager in scheduling and coordinating wine trainings for the employees
