Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the Arab region.
- Analyze competitor positioning, SEO strategies, payment methods, registration flows, and customer journeys to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports that highlight key findings and actionable insights.
- Present data in a clear and concise manner, using visualizations to enhance understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and recommendations
Desired skills:
- Proven experience working with clients in the Arab markets.
- Strong understanding of payment methods, customer support practices, and cultural nuances in the region.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Foreign languages (mandatory / preferable) + proficiency
- Arabic (native)
- English/ Russian not lower than B2
