R&D Operation & Support manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• asisst technical director to build up R&D team organization

• Develop and optimize company’s R&D Procedure and System (Procedure)

• Responsible for the construction of vehicle Data in TC (Data & PLM)

• BOM and ECI management in project ( BOM &ECI)

• Responsible for archiving of technical document (Knowledge)

• Leader in Engineering Quality Development and deliverable review (EQD)

• assistant techncial to establish the engineering cooperation with partners

  prepare and manage service contracts

  - Support technical director to organize project review and manage engineering team deliverables

  -Other task requested by manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master of Engineering (Major in Mechanical Engineering and automation)

  MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

• Fluent English (verbally and in writing). Documentation will be generated in English

• Proven experience or similar leadership role

  Leadership and organizational abilities

  Good professional background and tough technical requirements with rich experience

  Excellent engineering management experience

  Multi-tasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills

  Problem-solving attitude
