Responsibilities:
• Conduct market analysis and territory assessment: identify existing and
potential clients, market share, key competitors, pricing; track distribution growth
dynamics and volume;
• Manage sales within the assigned territory (all sales channels:
wholesale/retail/HoReCa);
• Achieve sales targets by attracting new clients (dealers, distributors,
local/regional chains), expanding product assortment, increasing turnover, and
developing the client base (finding new clients and servicing existing company
clients) within the assigned territory;
• Develop proposals on the product range and pricing strategy optimal for
the assigned territory; plan marketing activities within the territory.
• Monitor payments and control accounts receivable;
• Handle full documentation support for sales and contract negotiations;
• Ensure timely information updates in the company’s information systems
and provide reports according to regulations;
• Prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations with clients, including
at the executive level;
• Ensure the continuous availability of agreed assortment in networks, retail
points, and distributor warehouses;
• Conduct effective negotiations, manage product assortment:
introduction/rotation. Improve the efficiency of distributors, wholesale operators,
and local chains (increase sales volumes, expand coverage, build distribution,
ensure representation in network sales channels);
• Organize and maintain the company’s showroom;
• Host partners, conduct presentations, and negotiate.

• Experience with CRM systems, MS Office;
• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher); proficiency in Polish (C1 or higher);
• Experience in FMCG sales in European countries and other continents.
Additional advantage: experience in a similar role, in B2B, with similar products;
• Preference for candidates with experience in federal companies in the
following positions: Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Divisional Director,
Department Head, Commercial Director;
• Results-oriented, communicative, proactive, responsible, team player, able
to maintain composure in stressful situations; • Desire to work intensively and productively, with a strong focus on
professional self-development; excellent communication and presentation skills;
ability to work with large volumes of analytical information;
• Ability to plan work time and activities, focused and responsible for results;
precision and promptness in task execution;
• Ability to evaluate the profitability of proposed projects;
• Mobility and willingness to travel.
