My Agent is the B2B project, the biggest travel consolidator in Russia. Already a leader in our home market, we are now set for international expansion.

The International Sales Manager will oversee and lead the international sales activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of sales plans, strategies and tools together with market managers
  • Understanding customer needs and preferences for development of value-based commercial proposals
  • Building and managing a solid pipeline of potential international clients
  • Ownership of sales-related processes and data in the CRM
  • Leadership, management and motivation of local sales force to deliver sales goals
  • Control of sales performance and reviewing sales goals on a regular basis
  • Traveling to meet clients when required
  • Delivery of sales reports and presentations to the management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of practice in International Sales
  • Drive for sales
  • Structured sales management experience
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the B2B TravelTech, airline, travel industries will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in English and Russian, other languages will be advantageous
