The Role:
- Develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in alignment with strategic Marketing objectives, focusing on channel-specific initiatives and point-of-sale (POS) visibility.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Managers to shape the trade marketing mix for the ON-Trade channel.
- Allocate, manage, and monitor the advertising and promotion budget to support the annual plan.
- Conduct POS profiling and performance analysis to inform and enhance Trade Marketing strategies.
- Analyze trade market data and consumer trends using tools (e.g., Data Warehouse, IRI, SAP, CRM) to optimize category management, space allocation, and sell-out performance.
- Identify and communicate business development opportunities with Area and Field Managers, tailoring initiatives to specific customer and POS types.
- Prepare and present periodic brand performance and Trade Marketing mix reports, including Channel Reviews.
- Support salesforce activities through field shadowing and coordinate trade marketing initiatives with wholesalers, horeca groups, and unions.
- Oversee external agencies and suppliers for the ideation and execution of BTL (below-the-line) marketing activities.
- Lead the creation and distribution of POS materials, event kits, and promotional items, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Work with salesforce and Field Managers to develop targeted projects, especially for horeca networks, to drive brand building, consumer activation, and optimal brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of Trade Marketing activities.
The Candidate:
- Higher education, ideally in Marketing or in Economics
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing role in a foreign FMCG in close relation with Brand Management, Category Management, and Trade Marketing.
- Experience with On-Trade channel
- Very good communication skills with a capacity to engage people
- Multitask and independent attitude
- Consumer oriented and dynamic profile
