Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Development and execution of comprehensive business development and partnership strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development team, overseeing their performance and professional growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
  • Implement and optimize outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach and targeted campaign development.
  • Conduct high-level introduction calls and presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • ⁠Negotiate and close complex B2B deals, ensuring alignment with profitability targets.
  • Create and execute customer support initiatives and develop upselling strategies to maximize client value and retention.
  • ⁠Collaborate with tech team to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and product-market fit.
  • ⁠Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Report on key performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior management.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • ⁠3+ years of experience in SaaS, Big Tech, Retail tech, eCommerce SaaS or digital fashion/luxury/jewelry tech sales, with a proven track record in complex B2B sales.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an advanced to native level of English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle business development, including strategy alignment and implementation, cold outreach, introduction calls, client negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, including post-sale support and upselling strategies creation and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion, luxury & jewelry industry and its technological needs.
  • ⁠Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Hubspot) and sales tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and networks.
