We are looking for a Content Manager for our subproject at Farcana, who will manage a team of 3 people, coordinate content, and create and implement a communication strategy with the audience in the information news community of our Telegram channel.
Responsibilities:

Monitoring news in the gaming industry: constant analysis of both web2 and web3, as well as tracking trends, new releases, and gaming projects to create relevant content.

Development of topics for publications: planning for the week/month, writing posts, articles, guides, and interactive content (surveys, quizzes, discussions).

Working with subscribers: responding to comments, initiating discussions, and engaging the audience through active debates.

Creating new content formats: developing concepts for contests, challenges, and events for the community to increase engagement.

Graphic coordination: collaborating with designers regarding graphics for posts and advertising campaigns.
What candidates we expect to see:

User experience in games of various genres, including shooters, for at least 4-5 years.

Deep understanding of the structure of the gaming industry and its distinctions from other fields.

Knowledge of the Web2/Web3 space and a desire to develop in this direction.

Experience in a similar position within the gaming industry for at least 2 years.

Experience managing a remote team of 3 or more people (establishing workflows and management).

Experience conducting market research on new releases in the gaming industry and managing advertising campaigns.

Experience in creating and maintaining a Telegram channel, with the ability to engage with the audience and attract them to the community (creating new content formats to increase engagement).

Experience in organizing content production, planning, and execution for an international audience.

Proficiency in English and Russian is mandatory!
