TrafficStars is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Officer (Content Moderator) to join our growing team and to assist towards the assessment and management of all functional-related security and compliance issues across our Ad Network.
- Please pay attention that this is a night shift work, 23.00 - 7.00 Moscow time.
- A strong command of the English language (at least B2 level) is required.
- Willingness to work with sensitive content, including materials that require a high level of attention and discretion.

Your responsibilities

Typically review around 100 online advertising campaigns per day

Approve or reject campaigns according to specific criteria

Review new sites and ad spots on a daily basis

Approve and reject accounts based on publishers rules

Verify accounts

Request documentation from clients for verification

Reply to customer queries via ticketing system

Enforce publishing and advertising guidelines using our proprietary campaign flagging system to keep our Ad Network 100% safe.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English sufficient for negotiations and work-related communication. Any other language would be highly valued.

Ability to work night shifts (23.00 to 7.00 Moscow time).

Experience using vpn, proxy or similar is an important asset.

Experience in Compliance/Support/Tech support, preferably in the advertising industry.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
