Business Analytics is a cutting-edge capability that is developing quickly at P&G Eastern Europe. This role allows you to be part of crafting the future of advanced analytics use case development at a leading FMCG company. You will run your own projects that may include business performance analysis with support and coaching from your manage, revenue growth management modelling, data-enabled 1on1 consumer analytics and many others. We will provide you with the opportunity to connect with and learn from numerous colleagues in various departments. The role will give you a great understanding of P&G's corporate culture, while developing your skills to be a future business leader.
Responsibilities:

Establish and improve analytical programs and present the results of your business unit/category/region to leaders.

Analyze the variable, granular data of your business and regularly use sophisticated models to deliver business insights across diverse business domains.

Understand and define business needs in analytics for your respective business domains so you will anticipate the business process requirements and enable it with accurate data and analytical tools delivering insights and further measurable results.

Demonstrate use of data visualization (Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME/Alteryx) to grasp the business insights from our data lakes.

Collaborate with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales) to improve key business priorities based on your data-driven insights.
Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience
-
Any higher education degree
-
With degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Informatics, Data Science, Business Management or similar areas is a plus;
-
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
-
scientific or statistical computing (Python, R), SQL and Big Data ecosystem (Hadoop, Azure) or willingness to learn, business intelligence tools (KNIME, Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire) as must;

developing machine learning predictive models is a plus;

great leadership, ability to work independently and as a team player;
-
excellent interpersonal skills and can-do attitude;
-
ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week).

Competitive base salary from 200 000 gross, the final offer will be determined based on the results of the interviews
